This set fits my 43" son (4 years old) and has room to grow. The jacket is very well made and the saw, hammer and goggles are good, but the helmet has some design issues. It comes with a plastic ring that you have to snap into the helmet and that should allow you to adjust your head circumference for various adjustments, but it doesn't work. This thing doesn't snap tightly into the helmet and won't stay locked in any position once. you put it on It's useless. However, we have purchased other role play costume sets from other manufacturers (because they had more detail) and none were as well made as this one. I would recommend.
