I bought this with the intention of mounting the sensor and magnet on the 700C rear wheel for use with a static trainer. After installation noted zero reception at the computer. The transmitter has insufficient power to reach the computer from the rear wheel to the handlebars! I was forced to move the computer from the handlebar to the frame in front of the seat to ensure reception. Wish I'd known in advance the install instructions enclosed with the unit state the maximum distance between the transmitter and computer is 60cm. I can't go beyond 40cm with reliable reception let alone to the handlebar at 75cm. Using the new 2032 batteries included in the kit.
