Homebrew and Winemaking Beer Use

I like to drink only 1/2 strong, heavily carbonated beer at a time. I used 2 grams of powdered dextrose aka glucose aka "corn sugar" in imprecise beer mugs in 48 of these 6 ounce bottles, which is double the 2.1 grams used for 12 ounces (1/2 cup per 5 gallons) are recommended). But the carbonation seemed to be normal or even low after two weeks. So I tried 2 grams of honey and it seemed about the same (although honey is only 75% usable sugar). So I tried 5 grams of honey and my video shows the results. The beer was room temperature and I tried not to shake it and opened it slowly. I think these bottles will not break under any yeast conditions. These are thick bottles, but their real strength is that they have half or 1/3 the radius of a large wine bottle, because 1/3 the radius means 1/3 the stress in the glass at a given internal pressure. The amount of stress in the glass (force per area parallel to the sides, not perpendicular like internal pressure) determines fracture and is equal to the internal perpendicular pressure times the radius divided by the thickness of the glass.
