Review on 🔧 Lezyne ABS Standard Flip-Thread Chuck HP Pump Head: Efficient and Versatile Air Pump Attachment by Brett Jarvis

I bought this cartridge to use with a Lezyne pre ABS CNC floor pump. The standard ABS flip chuck WORKS perfectly. Fits standard Lezyne hoses and seals as well as the non-ABS version. This reduces the pressure in the cartridge head, making cartridge removal easier on SOME Presta valves. After using it, I think this feature is a bit overrated - the difference is barely noticeable to me. My problem is that the ABS swing-out chuck cannot be stored on a pre-ABS pump - it is too long to fit in the mount. I need to unscrew the ABS cartridge, find a safe place to store it, and attach the original non-ABS cartridge. All that threading and unscrewing shortens the life of the threaded aluminum part. The pump is over $80 and the reversible ABS cartridge is $12. For the money, Lezin has to state in BIG letters that the ABS version of the Flip Chuck will not fit pre-ABS pump bases.
