Best honing rod i have ever used
This item is well worth the money. I have spent a similar amount on a cheap rod, whereas this one I knew was solid as soon as I touched it. Quite a heavy unit, looks quality, has a replaceable rod, and hones a knife better than any rod I have ever used. This has made my job as a sushi chef much more enjoyable as I am finally able to maintain a sharp edge between sharpening on the stone. You won’t be disappointed!
