I take blood pressure medication that constantly removes potassium in the urine. As a result, I have symptoms stemming from low potassium levels. What I did was take a low-sodium V8 (25% potassium), ate bananas, and took doctor-prescribed potassium supplement pills. I bought this product and started using it in the morning when I first woke up and it made a huge difference. Despite the low potassium content, all other electrolytes play a role. As a result, I have almost no symptoms associated with low potassium.
