So that's just in relation to how difficult it would be for me to replace them. I have a three year warranty and all of my equipment including this drive runs on pure power from my Furman Power Conditioner. Captain Transcend told someone else that they couldn't refund it because it was purchased through Amazon, but Amazon told me they couldn't refund or replace it. Interesting. Contacted support and after 17 days there was no answer. I've been buying from Amazon since they first came online. Now I am ready. Revain received 95 percent of what I bought. NOW 0
