Well as described the cord is reinforced and very strong. The problem is that it stays twisted. So when my phone is in my back pocket, the twists in the cord pull the receiver out. Doesn't judge. I need to slip a cord over my ear and then plug in an earphone (which puts the mic in the wrong place) or keep my phone in my front shirt pocket. But I still have to pull the cable through my ear because the weight of the cable being crushed on my chest yanks the phone out. Therefore, the usefulness of this product is not optimal.
