I like that it can be used as an electronic filing cabinet - all of your evidence in one place! It's not very intuitive at first but once you figure out how everything works (and there are many tutorials available online) then things get easier. You have access from any computer with internet connection so no need to download anything or install software when working remotely. The interface could use some work- especially if this was done before launch because now its clunky compared to other platforms such as Evernote which has been around longer than DCS. There should also be more options within the platform itself rather just relying solely upon third party apps/software where they haven't already made those features themselves.
