I bought these for a bluetooth speaker I made. These were dedicated low frequency subwoofers and they do the job well for a 6 inch subwoofer. I also bought 1" tweeters, 4" mids and regular 6" mids for the left and right main channels. These subwoofers added the desired bass response I was looking for. I really like Dayton Audio stuff. You just need to know exactly what you're buying and what you're going to use it for, pair it with the right enclosure and power, and they're great speakers. Now I have a dumb loud bluetooth speaker that outshines all those tiny speakers and sounds great at low volume all the way up.
