We have bought many of these rubber chicks at different times so most likely different brands. They are really dark, more gold than yellow (which is normal, just not what is in the photo). They smell TERRIBLE, toxic, kerosene, paint thinner. When I finished unpacking, I had a headache. The others we've had weren't like this when unpacked. They were unpacked for a few days and the smell wouldn't go away so we threw them away. Aside from the smell, they were great, so hopefully they don't all stink.
