Not Safe! - my new review

I put my 11 month old in this and after 2 minutes he was drowning. Not safe for babies at all. I threw it away.  That's my feedback.

I thought this would be perfect for my 9 month old who loves to be able to reach the water in front of her to splash. She leaned forward and went face first into the water.Also, the water was up to her shoulders!She is petite so it was not due to weight.This is not a safe product!
