This hamburger press is fantastic. Very durable and easy to clean. I saw a few reviewers who didn't like the pen, but that wasn't a problem for me. I made 12 hamburgers tonight and making them nice and thin is so easy with this press! I sprayed on some cooking spray and it immediately slid off. As someone else mentioned, it works best if you break the press and then slide it off the hamburger horizontally. Pulling straight up can cause the meat to stick, but that will happen with any press or spatula. This is my new secret weapon for making awesome burgers!
