This is a big plush car but not as plush. The outside is firmer than a plush toy, which is fine because it's not a plush toy, but it could be softer. The shape is what you see in the picture. Maybe it could look more like a car but I tried to get my son to switch to a stuffed animal but he wasn't fooled. I think if your kid likes stuffed animals and cars then that would be great. Works like an uneven pillow due to its length. My pup once grabbed at it and ripped off the rear fender which just goes to show the material isn't very strong. 4 stars. The price for me was a little expensive for what it was.
