Great customer service but bad product. Save your money
These MP3 players have been bought and replaced several times. Each device failed in less than a month of ownership. Devices failed to sync despite trying multiple computers and cables. Failed to reset using settings. The device simply switches off and on again. As a result, I was unable to complete a software update (no software and device links found). Three stars for the seller responding to the request and replacing the devices. But then again. Save money on this product.
