Customer service from EA is slow to respond. When I try to play online with the game I bought through Origin, it states that it cannot establish a connection. FIFA 19 and 20 are also fully functional. I've had enough of battling the same bugs and gameplay issues year after year. Refunded, and I have no interest in purchasing any further EA software. They sell expensive, half-done goods, and in exchange for my money, I have to complain about their flaws in writing?
