Shoulder straps too long - backpacks
I like that there is a compartment that fits behind the back, but the straps are too long and even at the widest setting the pack hangs low on the back. Very disappointed as I am traveling to Europe tomorrow and not sure if I can use it. For €99 I would have expected a better design.
