It is not intended for tall people with long arms.

For a 6'1 man this is the ABSOLUTELY WORST product I have ever bought in my life! If this pillow was meant for someone of average height it should have been mentioned somewhere in the description! If you are a tall man or woman I do not recommend this pillow, it doesn't fit like it looks! Sleeping on that pillow while trying to hug my significant other didn't help my arm, it actually made it worse! Stay away from this high, ladies and gentlemen!
