No problem like OEM
No problem, fits exactly like OEM and I haven't noticed any difference between this resistor, the last aftermarket resistor or the OEM resistor. Note: if you blow the resistors fairly frequently (in my case annually) that is a sign that you need to replace the fan motor. Very happy with what I got for the price.
