EDIT: One earring fell out when I touched it to see if it needed tightening. Too small to find any part. The pandemic and wearing masks made me realize how seldom I wear earrings because I was afraid that when I took the mask off I would forget and rip them off. rounded back. I have a very nice, albeit very modest, pair of diamond studs, but they become uncomfortable after a few days of sleeping in them. So I was very interested in trying it. I have thin earlobes so I wasn't worried about a short post. I had no idea how difficult it would be to keep them in place while screwing the back! And luckily, in the 50 years since I got my ears pierced as a teenager, my holes haven't stretched much! Otherwise these tiny things would have crawled through. As long as they remain anchored, they will be good "fillers" for a long time.
