Great Customer Service Management Tool

The most convenient feature is the ability to share my Coanics account with a colleague or a customer to keep in touch and manage customer service, sales and support. There's not much to dislike. If you're looking for a customer service CRM, Coanics is a great choice. I would highly recommend it. Being able to have a CRM in one place where I can keep all of my customer service, sales and support information in one place is very helpful when managing my business. I can use this to take notes, create tasks, set reminders and create a sales pipeline. I like how easy it is to use, and how much information is available right at your fingertips. It's very user friendly, and everything can be seen from the home screen. There isn't anything I dislike about this app. It has been helpful in tracking all of my customers and their interactions with me. We have been able to see when they've opened our emails or called us, which helps us keep track of who we need to call next.
