I like that they have different levels of expertise so you can choose which one is best for your needs or level as well! They are very knowledgeable about their product line but also easy going when needed with questions/concerns regarding implementation issues (i'm not an expert). Sometimes it's hard getting them back after working hours since most people leave at 5pm EST time zone difference from California where we live -.- But overall great experience!! Just make sure if possible try out first before committing any money because some things may seem too good be true until later realized its actually costly than anticipated. Our team was using this tool mainly during pre-production phase while creating our app prototypes; however now main focus has shifted towards production process by adding more features into existing prototype apps created earlier through other tools such us Axure RP etc..
