This is my honest and very detailed review of Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner 180ml. I received this on 6th February 2017 and bought it from a Wishtrend seller. My product was not counterfeit and shipping was fast because I have Prime. I've been using it for about 4 months now. This product is amazing. If you want to read all the details of my review, please read on. I hope this review helps someone :). Pros/Good: 1. Moisturizing for toner!2. Very gentle, it's gentle enough not to irritate my sensitive, acne-prone skin3. It seems great for all skin types (my mom and sister tried it and they have different skin than me)4. No fragrance (artificial fragrance is not particularly suitable for skin) 5. Combines well with other products6. Moves in quickly a 7. Seems to do what is advertised. Get a good amount of product for the price9. The packaging is simple and beautiful, well dosed10. My other products with this toner absorb better and don't flake off. Some may be put off by the price because it's not cheap2. Someone who likes a simple ingredient list might not like the long list of ingredients this product has (I don't mind). My skin type: I have dry, sensitive skin that is prone to acne. My skin is horrible to harsh chemicals and fragrances. I've always had clear skin as a teenager, but for some reason light pimples have appeared on my cheeks (there were 3-4 small ones) and I'm already in my 20s. Sometimes I would get 1-2 deep, pus-filled pimples. My skin got a lot better after 2 months of use and it helped (although not the main reason). To be clear this didn't get rid of my acne but it did help because hydrated skin is happier skin. What has helped my acne in general has been probiotics (and sugar-free yogurt) and switching to a diet low in refined carbs and sugar. I also eat more fruits and vegetables when I can because clean foods are expensive. Packaging: I think it's important to pay attention to the packaging when buying skin care products. The toner is packed in a brown cardboard box. The front shows a toner, brown-purple with black ink. The writing is done in black ink on most packaging. Written in Korean and English. It indicates the place of production. The bottle is made of plastic and is dark brown in color with a black plastic cap. The label is on the bottle itself and is either ivory or off-white in color. Text in Korean and English. It is dosed as a dropper, that is, one drop at a time. Based on my research this looks legit and is not fake. Please check all skin care products before purchasing. Ingredient List: The main ingredients are Sodium Hyaluronate, Glucan, Centella Asiatica Extract, Lipidur. Other Ingredients: Water, Butylene Glycol, Dimethyl Sulfone, Betaine, Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides, Natto Gum, Sodium Hyaluronate, Disodium EDTA. , Centella Asiatica Extract, Licorice Root Extract (licorice), Polyquaternium-51, Chlorphenesin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Carbomer, Panthenol, Arginine, Loofah Cylinderfruit/Leaf/Stem Extract, Beta-Glucan, Rose Marshmallow Flower Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Hydroxyethylcellulose , Purslane Extract, Lysine Hydrochloride, Proline, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Acetylmethionine, Theanine, Lavender Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Pelargonium Graveolenic Flower Oil, Citrus Lemon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Citrus Orange (Citrus Aurantium dulcis) Orange Peel Oil), Kananga- Flower Oil, Copper-1-Tripeptide How I use it: I don't use this with a cotton pad or cotton pad as Ottone absorbs a lot of the product and forces you to use more. If you think you have excess makeup on your face and want to wipe it off just in case, it is recommended to use a cotton pad or ball. I mainly use it as a toner after I know all my makeup is gone. I wash my hands, dry them and then apply a few drops and gently rub onto my face. My experience: This product is the holy grail! The product is very easy to spread, so I never use too much. The color is transparent, practically odorless, the texture slightly viscous, not very watery and not sticky. As I said, I have dry skin. In winter I often get dry, scaly patches. I've used toners before and they were all watery and drying. Most toners smell like alcohol and some have irritated or dried out my skin the most, like the CosRx toner. I switched to Klairs Toner after seeing great reviews. I was skeptical and the price wasn't the cheapest when it didn't work, but I was desperate for hydration so I took a chance. I do not regret it! It's about as hydrating as a toner can get. It makes my skin smooth and not tight. It absorbs quickly, lies nicely under the products and does not come off. It does what it says on the tin and helps remove excess makeup. I also notice that my products sink into my skin better when I use this toner, absorbing faster and not flaking (I use 4-5 products in my skincare regime including cleanser). I can't believe this toner exists! No irritation, no dryness, so a dream come true! My Family Experience: My mom and sister tried this product and both loved it! My sister has oily skin and my mother has combination, oily to dry skin. My sister has moderate acne. My mother has clear, sensitive skin with a few wrinkles around her eyes (my mother is in her 40's and my sister is in her 20's). They both had no negative reaction to the toner and both said it was moisturizing. The tonic did not come off and was easy to apply. It also helped my sister remove her makeup. Conclusion: I highly recommend this product. This product does everything it advertises and it's great. It absorbs quickly, builds up nicely, moisturizes and helps remove makeup, and is gentle enough for sensitive skin. I can't believe it worked and I hope it works for everyone too! I hope my review helps someone. Update: 09/01/2018. I'm almost done with my second bottle after this review and it's still great. My skin still loves this product and as you can see I only bought 2 bottles! It is long lasting and no one in my family has had any side effects. My skin has improved overall after probiotics and a cleaner diet (my acne was mostly due to inflammatory bowel issues), but my skin is still sensitive. I still recommend this product to everyone, but above all, do your research. I have sensitive skin but this worked for me, for those with skin sensitive to essential oils or more sensitive than mine they also released another version of this which I believe does not contain essential oils. Haven't tried it yet but I hope to someday but Klairs is expensive so I'm not sure it will be soon but I love this product and look forward to buying it again. Thanks everyone and if it gets worse I'll update this review. Hope this helped some :)
