What's not to love about these pans!
My 7 grain loaf just popped out of my new red loaf pans, sticking wasn't a problem but I could tell if I had left the loaf in there a few minutes longer than it was supposed to sweating would be a problem. On the one hand, I realized that it had started this way when I took the time to answer the call. ΒΉI will buy more of these. I love how they match for storage.
