I have had cluster headaches from sitting in front of the computer for so long considering my monitor a 30 inch tv is 2ft from my face and the time me on has finally caught up with . Eventually ibuprofen and the like stopped working and I turned to other remedies like a hot towel over my eyes but even that wasn't as effective as I had hoped. I bought them on a whim to make my headaches go away or at least lessen. They have definitely helped a lot as I no longer strain my eyes so much that you never realize what you are doing until you stop. Be warned though that if you use them for a long time and then lose weight (I spent 9 hours writing my essay today) you can get a headache, so take breaks in between!
