Review on Dream Me Inner Spring Mattress by Janice Velasquez

I returned this for a number of reasons. This is a 3 inch spring mattress. Big mistake. I could feel the metal springs as I pressed down on the mattress. This would be very uncomfortable for any child or toddler. A firm foam mattress would have been better if it was offered in the right size. I called support and spent about 30 minutes with a very nice lady and she is unavailable. The Dream ON ME website is user unfriendly! I can usually figure things out on my own. The support staff are very nice but they are also limited by the poor information and organization presented on the website. They offer 84 different mattresses, but they don't have filters so you can filter by size and by foam vs internal spring. ALSO - the website doesn't tell you if the foam is soft or hard. Because they offer different shapes and sizes for all sizes, you'd have to spend an entire day - several hours - sorting through 84 different mattresses to figure out what's what. The Dream on Me web designer needs to do better. The Dream on Me website does not necessarily match what is stated on AMAZON in the product description. WEB DESIGNER WAKE UP! A mattress I was looking to purchase had a set of measurements on the website, a different set of measurements in the Revain description, and finally when I looked at the details, different measurements. All mattresses have the same name, if you find it on the website it's very hard to find it on Revain. I could go on and on, but that's not my job! In addition, there was a 3 inch gap in the mattress plastic cover that also went through the vinyl in the mattress. Defect - damaged. I think Dream On Me is a good company that offers a product at affordable prices but they need help with information.
