No bubbles! - Fish & Aquatic Pets

I bought this to make a "bubble wall" over my 75g goldfish tank. I soaked them and connected them to my massive air pump. Hardly any bubbles formed. He didn't even move the surface of my tank. Replaced them with some cheap 12 inch Walmart bars and got amazing bubble action.
