I like that they have very good customer service! They are always there to help if i need anything at anytime during my day or night time hours. The price point compared to other companies in which we had used previously was really great!! It's not too expensive but it does give us enough room when needed without having an overabundance from others who charge way more than what would be necessary just because its "their" platform/service provider. We use them primarily due to how fast their support team responds within minutes versus days sometimes weeks later depending upon where someone else has placed priority first.
