This is an great buy for the money. This camera looks incredible. I was having a hard time moving from the old style BNC analog cameras because of the quality of the Wifi cameras i've used in the past. This camera changed all my perceptions. With the many options for tracking and auto PTZ options. Very easy to setup. I will be buying more in the next few days.

Camera has good picture and great night vision. Old firmware, doesn't work well with LTS DVR's. Auto motion tracking is almost useless. No matter how you set it, it seems to have mind of it's own. Car enters frame, sometimes it follows, sometimes goes the other way. If it does follow something it will easily get distracted by a moving tree branch, will not stay on trigger object, severe case of ADD. I have been trying to buy one of these off-brand PTZ IP cameras to cover the outside of my property for a few years now. I need about 6 of them, so the price does matter, thus going for the off-brands. On and off I get one to test and see if they have improved in any way. Great camera for the price, if you are very knowledgeable and have lots of computer and security camera resources at your disposal. Picture quality is great in the daytime, still having issues with the infrared not setting properly for all distances at night. Purchased two of these tracking cameras. Very happy with its ability to track. Imporx performs very similar to Hikvision cameras we have at six times the cost. You won't get a better deal.Just determined after mounting units on roof that they are not POE ready. All my testing was at the workstation with included power supply. Such a disappointment. Camera itself is really nice. Unless I can think of a way to power these from a commercial roof, they'll need to be returned.

I can not get the auto tracking to work. I turn it on and the camera a short time later goes haywire and moves in a random directions. I tried to contact IMPORX for help and all attempts have gone on return.

After a lot of research I found that this camera offers a great array of advantages over other expensive brands. I did not understand how the POE splitter works and they had the patience to explain me how this POE camera works and how to connect it. Tech-support team was always there to fix any issue. Excellent support, Had a few problem with networking and camera. All solved through WhatsApp and Team Viewer. Camera is working better thenthe expectation, will go for more IMPORX camera in near future.

UPDATE: 2 years and 6 months in it is still operational. Functions the same and no change in image quality. No new weird noises or anything.Pros:Price, build quality, image quality, includes auto tracking where other speed domes of similar price don't, like helicopter search light bright IR night vision.Cons:Large ( like a big white gallon jug), documentation, software, auto tracking function.Would be nice if it were half the size though this seems to be the going size for cameras of this spec.

This camera does exactly what it's suppose to. Auto track works good, I have it's upper bell inside a wooden box that is stained to match our house. The camera is then mounted under the peak of our garage about 20 feet off the ground. The instructions are good enough for me though I am not a novice. The camera itself is great, it has great resolution, good zoom, night mode is amazing. POE only works with 40w+, ours are 20w and it does not work without the power.The software isn't the best however. You can get it to work, but it does not have everything I want.
