After a lot of research I found that this camera offers a great array of advantages over other expensive brands. I did not understand how the POE splitter works and they had the patience to explain me how this POE camera works and how to connect it. Tech-support team was always there to fix any issue. Even if I’m using a Mac user they find the way to check it and give a solution. Great image quality for a 1080 resolution, amazing zoom and very good night vision.I’m using Hikvision iVMS-4200 software for Mac with a Mac OS 10.12 to control the camera. If you are a DIY person you can find tutorials on YouTube on how to use this program for your camera. If you are PC user there are plenty of options for you. So far I’m very happy with the product.
