Excellent tablet was 2 months then part of the touchscreen stopped working. A solid line about 1/4 inch high across the screen in vertical mode is unresponsive. And of course this was where all the confirmation messages appear where you have to press OK or CANCEL and it does a lot of games and useless things when part of the screen can't be used I'm trying to figure out how to use them, claimed 1 Year warranty and although I have registered the purchase they do not send you anything on how to get warranty service and I have no way of contacting them for support. So I think I just SOL and I've spent my money on the tablet for 2 months.
