.I like that thar they’re color coded by resistance. They do require some maintenance, but that is explained well. If you don’t powder these fairly frequently, they will deteriorate and snap. The exercise instructions are somewhat lacking, but there are plenty on YouTube. The little pink storage bag included is also helpful for keeping them together and in good condition. So fat, so good! I hope they last.
