Favorite workout hoodie.
Great for weight days! This is my go to shirt for lifting. Soft fabric and light, holds color after washing very well. I wouldn't use this shirt for cardio days. I wish they had a sleeveless option as 8 cut my sleeves off for added mobility and comfort. I'm 5'10" 185lbs and medium fit perfect.
