Not bad, not the best.
It's comfortable and better than nothing else. It sits too high for my liking (even when fully lowered) and doesn't recline at all. The wheels aren't too bad on carpet, but I took mine off anyway to immobilize it and sit lower. Not a bad deal for a black gaming chair, but you'd be better off spending the extra $10-$20 on a better one.
