I like that we get all of the benefits from using a hosted provider but without managing anything else ourselves. It makes it super easy to be hands off for my team! There are some downsides though - not everyone has access to everything in one place which is great when you're dealing with multiple different applications across teams. We were able to have full visibility into what was going on while still being out of the office. We have been using Mobliciti for over a year now and have been very happy with the service. The support team is very responsive and they have been able to help us with a variety of issues. We haven't found anything that we dislike about the service. We are able to scale to meet our needs and the service is very easy to use. We have been able to completely eliminate our IT department. We are able to focus on our business and not worry about server issues.
