Strong, balanced and holds blade on knives in a pull or two
I don't know much about sharpening staffs other than the one my wife had was smooth as glass and sharpened everything so I decided to buy one liked the reviews so I bought yours and every knife in the drawer is razor sharp and we love it, a good sturdy tool and once you get the hang of it you will use it all the time .
