POSITIVE:The quality of the product was very good.Was able to return it pretty easily.NEGATIVE:Everything else.The product box contained pieces that looked like they were left over from other sets.The hardware was completely mixed together; it felt like a jigsaw puzzle.The directions were pathetic, displayed on a piece of paper a little bigger than a 4" x 6" card.There were NO TEMPLATES for leveling & screw placement!I was discouraged w/this product from the moment I opened it. Hell would have to freeze over before I would attempt to piece together the menagerie of pieces.
