Yuzu is a team of professionals that have the knowledge and tools to create a customized sales process. Their team are very creative and always thinking of new ways to help their clients. I can fully recommend Yuzu to all my customers. So far, there have been no complaints. Yuzu has helped us to create a sales process with a defined set of steps to achieve sales targets. The custom software has helped us to get accurate data about our sales funnel and has allowed us to identify areas / steps where we need to build out our processes. It was very easy for us as we could see everything that is needed to be done in one place. We can also keep track of all our different accounts at once without having multiple spreadsheets or emails. The only thing I would like to improve is how much time it takes to load when accessing from mobile devices (e.g., iPads). Other than this, my experience has been great! My clients are able to stay updated through email about every step of their project so they know what needs to happen next.
