My 4 year old was afraid of the dark even though he had 3 night lights and I bought a cute teepee that was halfway up his top. sleep because he thought he would like to sleep in a wigwam every night. But it wasn't. Every night he would wake me up like clockwork and want to sleep in my bed. I ended up making him a small bed next to my bed on the floor so he could just come in and lie down without waking me up. I work 10-hour shifts, I'm at work at 6:30 in the morning, I need to sleep. In general, I bought him this tent. Don't ever come back to my room! He sleeps in his "safe tent," as he calls it. The quality seems to match the price. It's easy to set up, the wands just slide along with the elastic thread running down the middle so you don't have wands all over the place. The tent slides over the mattress like a sheet. It fits my son's double mattress perfectly. The front door closes with velcro, or you can open the door with velcro. Some people say it gets warm inside but I didn't realize it was too hot. My son always rips off his blanket anyway. Overall I am very happy with this tent! If it happens to be torn or destroyed by a 4 year old boy I will buy a new one! It's worth every penny when I can finally sleep through the night again. YAHU!
