They are cute, don't get me wrong, but they are not real skates. The toe box is made of plastic, not rubber like real stoppers. So if you use it indoors, it will scratch the floors. The trucks aren't real, meaning you can't loosen them up and achieve some level of balance while standing, and again the cushions are plastic, not polyurethane, so they're just there for beauty. And junkyard. But those are kid skates for $60, and if she likes them until they outgrow them, I'll buy her real skates.
