good for my gums and helps me make fewer trips to the dentist
I prefer them to brush my teeth than to floss. It's lighter and doesn't break because the thread breaks sometimes. Last year I had periodontal surgery and the doctor recommended Proxabrush. Since then I've been using it twice a day between about half my teeth and flossing the remaining teeth that are too close together to even fit in an Ultra Tight Proxbrush. So far I have taken care of my gums, which are healthier than ever.
