The item is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.
I ordered burgundy. I can't call them perfectly smooth - there are notches. The box was white. The pins are small in size. My rather slippery hair without volume does not hold well. The biggest complaint is the color. They are brown, not burgundy. In short, I'm disappointed.
