Great platform, convenient features and overall happy experience

The most useful feature for me as customer service rep was being able to see what time my next appointment would be - this allowed us all (customer & reps) more flexibility with our schedule so we could better meet customers needs! I do not like how it sometimes lags behind when updating appointments or times of day are changed by other employees within your account / department etc.. It has been helpful though because if you aren't around during normal business hours then there isn’t much else available otherwise unless they have staff members who can work remotely which wasn”'s rarer than one might think but does happen from time-to.- Sometimes scheduling conflicts arise between departments where different people need access at certain points throughout their shift e g lunch break vs end date scheduled meetings ect... This helps resolve issues without having another person working outside office hrs just incase someone.

  • Great support team also very responsive in helping troubleshoot problems quickly
