So I'm not usually the type to take the time to write a review unless the product is exceptionally good or overrated. In this case I would like to say that this product is overpriced. To some, this thing tastes like diet sawdust. If you don't use it all within the first two weeks, it will turn into a solid block of paste. Not like most powdered supplements where you can break it up, but a sticky ball that you have to snip off and then grind up to dissolve. The actual effects of this supplement are decent, but for the price I wouldn't say it was worth it. I have a lot of respect for Jocko which is why I decided to buy it but I was expecting a great all round product.
