Came first with broken teeth; Revain sent it in a padded envelope. Revain sent it back free of charge; The second arrived undamaged. It's a little tricky to set it up properly. The fitting didn't fit my 1/2" (12/16mm) Eheim male connector. I ended up having a spare soft hose laying around and I was able to use it to connect to my filter. A bit tricky. If you make the mistake, the flow regulator turning it too far counter clockwise will get stuck. IF but IF; it will happen eventually. Anyway, I still give it 4 stars because when you finally get it set up correctly it works perfectly. Plus it's only £11 Dollars Update: Downgraded to 2 stars As predicted, the fitted plastic thread got stuck and broke when I tried to pull it off.Even $11 is too much to pay for something that has barely lasted 2 months of careful use.
