Review on Universal Stretchy Adhesive Compatible Smartphones by Kevin Woods

I bought a pack in summer 2021 and I really liked it. Both pads and cords have been used successfully, although I followed another reviewer's advice and replaced the strap ring with a carabiner for easier on and off. I even bought another pack earlier this month so I have more cables. I never looked at the pads in this pack. When I actually checked them out last week, voila! They lack the adhesive backing to attach to the phone. This greatly reduces the effectiveness of the product - you can probably hold it with a phone case, but it's a poor substitute for glue. Since others have asked this, I'm not the only one having the issue/feature. Manufacturing error or cost reduction? No matter - the result is still insufficient.
