Good lens for your money. In poor lighting conditions, 2.4 is not always working (autofocus smears). If the light is better and especially natural, then it is quite possible to shoot at 2.4. At 2.8 everything is fine. Beautiful bokeh. Very versatile! Fifty dollars 1.4 is now only for shallow depth of field. I use with K-r. The quality of the picture, the colors are very pleasing. Especially after nikon D90. Could be a little cheaper too.
