I have twins, 99% of the shoes one wears an 11 and the other wears a 12; with the thumb of a growing room. I ordered a half size up (11.5/12.5) after reading reviews that they run small. They sent me 12 and 12.5 which worked fine. At 12 my smaller twin fits comfortably but has no room to grow. 12.5 is for a taller twin, but his toes are at the very end, hair from flattening. 12.5 fits like most 11-inchers to the smaller twin. So I personally recommend ordering 1.5 sizes larger. Otherwise not a bad shoe for the price; They look good, they're light, and the guys say they're "pretty comfortable."
