Review on πŸ”Š Klipsch SPL-100 10-Inch Powered Subwoofer in Black - Enhanced SEO-friendly Product Title by Brandon Henry

Broken amp 2 weeks after purchase

Oh my god that was the most annoying experience ever. I had a Klipsch subwoofer about 12 years old that eventually failed. RIP, that was great. So, true to the brand, I went with the SPL-100 and expected a normal Prime experience. Unfortunately, for some reason, the shipment was handled by USPS. At first everything seemed to be going according to plan, then all status updates stopped. Revane said he might be lost. Even when I type this, the USPS status is still in the system with the latest update 12/9. However. So I called Revain and initially they were great. They sent me a replacement and instead of USPS handling the shipping, AMZN took care of it. I received it in 2 days (it arrived on December 13th) and it works great. I liked the sub. Tonight I turn on a Mandalorian and notice the bass is gone. Hm. About 30 minutes after making sure everything was set up correctly, I unplugged the aux cable from the receiver and tapped it with my thumb. Nothing. Dead amp, uh-huh. I'm calling Revain to start the process of getting that sub back, but they won't let me do that. Now we have to get Klipsch. Let's see how this all plays out, but for now I'm disappointed in everyone. USPS, Revain and Klipsch. sadness forever.
