I ordered this camera for an elderly family member who wants to get back into shooting for fun and whose 'good' camera is too complicated. Life. The camera arrived quickly. I tried setting it up by inserting a memory card. I misunderstood the instructions and installed incorrectly. It is stuck forever and cannot be recovered and repaired. So the seller offered to send me a new camera as a replacement. This camera also arrived very quickly. I carefully followed the instructions for installing the memory card and everything worked. Then I couldn't figure out how to open the hatch to the USB port to charge it. The seller sent me a cool video showing me how to open it quickly. They also said to contact them anytime if I have any questions. So today I took some outdoor training shots. Then read the instructions for finding and viewing photos. The photos were very beautiful and of good quality. I was surprised at the quality for such a cheap camera. I like that this camera is very small and light, easy for the elderly to carry and take pictures. The only problem I have is that the instructions aren't always that clear, but through trial and error everything works out. Now I can show a family member how to take a picture and then how to look at the picture. The camera has many functions such as recording and video in addition to capturing still images. Photo View/Playback also has a slide show function. If you want an inexpensive lightweight camera, I recommend this one. Just be patient to learn how to use it. As with anything else, there is a bit of a learning curve. Once you learn how to easily take and view photos, there are many other settings and options to explore and master for more advanced photography. And it's really helpful to know that the sellers are always available to answer questions via email and to send photos and videos showing how to do something if you're stuck with the solution.
